Participation of ANCRE in the 3rd Rencontres Universités-Entreprises

ANCRE (Alliance nationale de coordination de la recherche pour l’énergie or French National Alliance for Energy Research Coordination) is taking part in the 3rd Rencontres Universités-Entreprises (RUE 2010 higher education and research trade fair) on May 26 and 27, 2010.

The aim of this research and higher education trade fair is to provide a forum for exchange between players from the worlds of higher education, research and innovation and decision-makers from the world of industry, focusing on issues such as university autonomy, "campus plans", the "Big Loan" government-backed spending program, "PRES" (research and higher education clusters), the construction of research alliances, calls for projects, etc.

A stand within the "Research campus" area will bring together four different research alliances:
- ANCRE (chaired by IFP, which is also a founding member),
- Aviesan (Alliance nationale pour les sciences de la vie et de la santé or French National Alliance for Life and Health Sciences),
- ALLISTENE (Alliance des sciences et technologies du numérique or French Alliance for Digital Sciences and Technologies)
- AllEnvi (Alliance nationale de recherche pour l'environnement or French National Alliance for Environment Research), of which IFP is an associate member.

The alliances will lead a conference at 2 p.m. on May 27, 2010 on the topic of:
"Research alliances: what are the challenges for the future? Objectives, research, cooperation"
