IFP Appointment

Dominique Henri has been appointed Director of the Industrial Development Business Unit, where he will take over from Pierre-Etienne Brau on the latter's retirement.

Dominique Henri, aged 51, graduated as an engineer from France's Ecole Normale Supérieure and Ecole des Mines. After starting out in the French Ministry of Industry, where he was Assistant Director of Hydrocarbons from 1986 to 1989, he has spent the best part of his career to date in the petroleum supply and service industry, working for the Technip and Coflexip groups. He was Chief Executive Officer of Technip Géoproduction from 1992 to 1997 then, from 1998 to 2005, Senior Vice-President of Strategy at Coflexip then Technip, and Chairman and CEO of Coflexip.
