Jean-Jacques Lacour has been appointed Director of the Strategic Implementation Division.

Jean-Jacques Lacour, 53, is a graduate of IFP School (IFP Training). He joined IFP in 1982 as an engineer-economist at the Economics / Evaluation Division and was appointed Head of the Economic and General Studies Division in 1987. He spent three years as a project manager in the Programs, Research and Development Division, before being appointed Deputy Strategy-Plan-Program Director in 1991.

In 1992, he founded IFP’s Communications Division and went on to take the helm of the Information Business Unit in 2002. He had been in charge of the "Strategic Implementation" corporate project since 2006.
