In a few words

Claire Marlière obtained her engineering degree from ESPCI Paris in 2010 and received her PhD in Material Science with Saint-Gobain in 2013 on water transfers in porous media in presence of water retaining polymers. She joined IFPEN in 2014 as R&D engineer in physical chemistry. Her reseaches focus on physical chemistry, microfluidics and transport of complex fluids for water treatment, chemical EOR or new energies. She supervises PhD students and is organizing the Microfluidics 2019 conference.
