Anne-Karine Feyel has been appointed Human Resources Director at IFP Energies nouvelles (IFPEN) and becomes a member of its executive committee (COMEX), as of 1 July 2025. With more than 30 years' experience in human resources in a variety of business sectors as labor relations manager and then HR Director, her role will be to accompany IFPEN's transformations and drive an HR policy supporting employees committed to the energy and ecological transition.

Anne-Karine Feyel, 55, holds a graduate research degree in labor law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University.

She has spent her entire career in human resources within various groups - Geodis, Heppner, Wagon Automotive, Magna Steyr France, DHL and Ipsen - occupying increasingly senior positions in labor relations, pay, change management and international mobility. Anne-Karine Feyel leads major transformation projects, in France and elsewhere, in the context of reorganizations, mergers or strategic change.

In 2014, Anne-Karine Feyel joined Heurtey Petrochem as Human Resources Director. Following the merger with Axens, in 2019 she was made Director of Pay and Benefits, HRIS and International Mobility at Axens. In this role, she implemented the first employee share scheme, led the digitalization of the HR function and supported mobility management in more than 12 countries.
