Soils are at the heart of the greatest challenges of the century: mitigating climate change, adapting to it, and ensuring food security.

IFPEN and INRAE are actively involved in this field and are organizing the second edition of the SoilCET symposium, a scientific event dedicated to soil carbon and its role in the ecological transition, in order to present the latest research advances.

The event will be held at IFP Energies nouvelles, on the Rueil-Malmaison site, from April 1 to 3, 2026.
