Graduate in technological research in process engineering, Cecile DUMAS has completed many projects in oil refining for government agencies and private companies. After working for Tamoil in production planning at Collombey refinery, and for the subsidiary company specialized in the oil and gas industry of the SPIE group where she has optimized the production of several refineries, she joined the IFPEN economy and market watch direction in 2014 to analyze in particular the nature of global predicted investments in the refining industry using an in-house linear programming model. In 2018, Cecile was assigned to the French Ministry of Ecology within the office in charge of oil logistics and alternative fuels of the Directorate-General for Energy and Climate. Cecile had worked on various topics since she rejoined IFPEN economy and market watch direction (CCUS, plastics recycling, carbon storage in soils…).
