Heading towards decarbonized hydrogen

IFPEN has submitted a strategic report to the Minister of Industry and Energy on the potential of natural hydrogen, a resource being studied by the Carnot IFPEN Ressources Énergétiques teams.
The objective: to equip public authorities for controlled exploration, supporting the energy transition and national sovereignty. IFPEN is also working across the entire value chain of decarbonized hydrogen — from production and storage to transport and end uses — to help build a sustainable industrial sector.
